Neewollah Logos

Neewollah Generalissimo, Mindy Blackard, has announced the 2025 Neewollah logo and logo designer, Charlie Hadley.

“This marks my third time designing the Neewollah logo and it is always an incredible honor to be entrusted with this tradition,” says Hadley. Growing up in Independence, he cherishes his Neewollah memories. His involvement in Neewollah includes participating in the Kiddie Parade from an early age, escorting the Governor in the Grand Parade, being a 1991 Stage Escort.

Hadley resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Henry (8) and Alice(6). He is a Senior Illustrator at Hallmark Cards, Inc and will be celebrating 25 years with the company this year.

“I really enjoyed working with Charlie on the design of the logo. We both were focused on “the fun coming out at Neewollah” and I am thrilled with the outcome!” says Blackard.
